A VR experience combining escape room puzzles with intricate environmental storytelling. Set in 1888 Germany, Mrs Bens dives into the perspective of a courageous woman who invested her reputation and inheritance in her husband, Karl Benz, and his ‘horseless carriage’ invention. At a time when women were expected to adhere to the 3 Cs of Children, Church and Cooking, Bertha stole her husband’s Motorwagen to travel 120km with her two children —making his car world-famous in the process.
